Google Shopping Management That Grows ROAS
Better feeds, smarter campaign structures and margin-aware bidding that put your products in front of ready-to-buy shoppers.
Our Google Shopping management service helps ecommerce brands sell more profitably through Shopping ads, Performance Max and free product listings. Shopping is often the highest-converting channel for online stores — when it's run well.
Success starts with your product feed. Titles, descriptions, attributes, images and pricing determine which searches your products appear for and how attractive they look next to competitors. Most feeds are left at their defaults, which leaves performance on the table.
We optimize feeds, fix Merchant Center issues and structure campaigns around margins and product performance so your budget goes where it earns the most.
How does Google Shopping management work?
Google Shopping management involves optimizing your product feed in Merchant Center, resolving disapprovals, structuring Shopping and Performance Max campaigns by product performance and margin, setting bidding targets, adding negative keywords, testing creative and monitoring competitor pricing to maximize profitable sales.

Feed optimization: the foundation of Shopping
Shopping ads don't use keywords in the way Search campaigns do. Google matches searches to products using your feed data, so a product title like "Trail Runner 2" will reach far fewer relevant shoppers than "Men's Waterproof Trail Running Shoes – Lightweight, Wide Fit".
We restructure titles to lead with the terms shoppers use, fill in optional attributes like color, material and size, and correct product categories — all through feed rules or supplemental feeds, so your store doesn't need to change.
Bidding around margins, not just revenue
Two products with the same price can have very different margins. Bidding for the same ROAS on both either leaves profit on the table or loses money.
We group products by margin and performance and set targets accordingly, so high-margin products can bid more aggressively while low-margin products stay profitable.

FAQ
Google Shopping questions, answered
What is Google Merchant Center?
Merchant Center is where you upload and manage product data for Google Shopping ads and free listings. Your feed in Merchant Center determines how products appear across Google.
Should I use Shopping campaigns or Performance Max?
Performance Max is now Google's main retail campaign type, but standard Shopping campaigns still offer more control. We test both and often run them together for different product groups.
Why are my products disapproved?
Common causes include missing identifiers, price or availability mismatches, image issues, policy violations and incorrect shipping settings. We diagnose and fix each cause.
Do I need to change my product data in my store?
Not necessarily. Feed rules and supplemental feeds let us optimize product data for Google without changing your store, though improving source data helps everywhere.
Can you manage Shopping in multiple countries?
Yes. We set up country-specific feeds, currency and language settings, shipping and campaigns for international markets.
What ROAS should I expect?
It depends on your margins, prices and competition. We set targets based on your break-even ROAS so growth stays profitable.
